American HVAC is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems in buildings around Pompano Beach, FL. You will work with reliable equipment and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC.
• EPA certification required; NATE and OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose HVAC system issues in commercial buildings.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on chillers, air handlers, and rooftop units.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
• Communicate with clients and provide repair recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide emergency repair services on a on-call rotation.
