Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced Installer IV to install HVAC systems in customers’ homes, train junior staff, and uphold top safety and service standards. You will work under supervision, perform ductwork, system start-ups, and ensure quality workmanship.

The role requires 10+ years in HVAC with certified training. A sign-on bonus up to $2,000 is offered, along with a commitment to customer satisfaction and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge with 10+ years of experience and HVAC technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per specs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Train and mentor less experienced installers.
• Lead start-ups, duct fabrication, and system balancing as needed.
• Maintain safety standards; use PPE and protect customer property.
• Complete paperwork accurately and provide excellent customer service.
