Daikin Applied seeks a Service Technician IV to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment. You will lead up to 10 technicians, ensure on-time contract starts, and drive service quality across rooftops, chillers, boilers, and split systems.

You will mentor technicians, oversee safety, and support sales with site surveys and accurate estimates. This role requires travel and a strong leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC service with increasing responsibility.
• HVAC certificate and EPA Universal Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED with relevant training and experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate up to 10 HVAC Technicians.
• Manage timely start-up of maintenance contracts and efficient installation of jobs.
• Review contracts/projects and negotiate subcontract agreements as needed.
