Aire Serv in the United States is seeking an HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a team that recognizes and rewards great performance. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and deliver exceptional service on every call while maintaining tools and inventory on the company vehicle.

We offer competitive pay ($25-$30/hr base with commission and spiff opportunities to push earnings above $115K/year), weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment.
• Recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain inventory and materials on company vehicle.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
