Service Experts is seeking an HVAC service technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote the company’s services. Responsibilities include maintenance calls, diagnostics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years’ HVAC experience and technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the area.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Promote products and services to customers; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete required paperwork on a handheld device and ensure accurate records.
