Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Charleston, SC seeks an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will interact with customers, explain comfort options, and promote our products and services while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of HVAC systems and ability to work independently.
Technical training certification and EPA/safety certifications required.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic, service, and maintenance calls on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Communicate clearly with customers to answer questions and promote products and services.
Inspect equipment, diagnose problems, and perform repairs with attention to safety and quality.
Complete paperwork neatly and on time, including collecting payment when applicable.
Coordinate with dispatch to provide accurate status and scheduling information.
