Service Experts in Charleston, SC, seeks an HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial equipment. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote services, with strong focus on safety and quality.

Training and advancement opportunities abound. Essential duties include field service under supervision, diagnosing HVAC systems, and maintaining equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC experience and certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required by regulation.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment; complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and promote products and services.
