Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems under minimal supervision, answering customer questions and promoting our products. Based in West Chester, PA, you will travel to customer sites, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold safety standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 4+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required by local laws.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration systems.
• Proficient with tools and equipment for HVAC service.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems professionally and promptly.
• Inspects and services heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Delivers parts and equipment and records work using a handheld device.
• Maintains neat, timely paperwork and ensures customer satisfaction.
