Qualifications
- HVAC mechanics with 4+ years of experience in service/maintenance.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
- EPA and safety certifications required; valid driver’s license.
Responsabilités
- Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance with minimal supervision.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
- Complete routine maintenance and paperwork accurately; collect payments when applicable.
- Promote products and services to customers and relay replacement leads to Sales.
