Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 4+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical/refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicates with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Promotes products and services to customers.
• Completes routine maintenance and repairs with accurate documentation.
• Ensures safe operation and proper use of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
