Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Record information on handheld device and complete forms accurately; collect payment from customers.
