Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial equipment. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote products and services while working under minimal supervision.

The role requires 4+ years of HVAC experience, EPA/safety certifications, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. Expect to carry parts, handle paperwork, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge with 4+ years of experience and required certifications.
• EPA and safety certifications required by locality.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems with courtesy and timeliness.
• Inspect and service heating, A/C, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
