Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a qualified HVAC service technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems under supervision. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote products and services during service visits.

The role requires 0-2 years of HVAC experience, a high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. You must read wiring diagrams, operate tools, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 1-2+ years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess license or certification as required by local laws for the work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and maintenance on equipment and accessories.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Inspect and diagnose HVAC equipment; prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Record all required information on the customer call and complete forms and paperwork neatly.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide accurate status reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services to customers.
