Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial systems. You will read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct issues, and perform routine maintenance with precision.

Ideally, you hold a high school diploma or GED, plus 4+ years of HVAC experience and EPA/safety certifications. You must lift heavy loads, work in varied environments, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional HVAC technical training preferred.
• 4+ years’ HVAC experience with formal technical training/certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with necessary service tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC equipment on residential and light commercial systems.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Balance airflow, startup, and belt/pulley alignment with minimal supervision.
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for status updates and maintain accurate service records.
