Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will interact with customers, promote services, and ensure high satisfaction while working under supervision of a Field Supervisor or General Manager.

The role requires HVAC training with 0–2+ years experience, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay with extensive benefits and growth opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2+ years' experience required
• Must possess valid licensing or certification as required by local laws
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related equipment
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems
• Ability to install basic duct fittings and balance airflow
• Strong customer service and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and promptly
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns or callbacks
• Complete routine maintenance and clean equipment
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment needed for service work
• Communicate with dispatch for status updates while on duty
• Provide excellent customer service and promote company products/services
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property, vehicles, and tools
• Maintain professional, ethical standards in all activities
• Ensure vehicle is stocked and defective warranty parts are returned and replenished
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain regular attendance
