Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance across the Linthicum, MD area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

With 4+ years in HVAC and EPA certifications, you will handle parts delivery, paperwork, and coordination with dispatch while representing the company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training or certification.
• 4+ years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Works under general supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Delivers and removes parts and equipment as needed, collects payment.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide accurate status reports.
• Represents the company professionally and maintains vehicle stock and tools.
