Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 2+ years’ experience in HVAC.
• Must possess EPA certification and safety certifications.
• Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and related accessories.
• Proficient reading wiring diagrams and diagnosing electrical/refrigerant/duct issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Accurately document work performed and parts used.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and company property.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote company products and services.
