You will drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technician productivity, response times, first-time fix rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop supervisors and field personnel.
• Manage departmental budgets, profitability, and spend.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
