Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of experience in HVAC-R mechanical service and repair.
• 2+ years of Journeyman experience with HVAC-R mechanical service and repair.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong track record of successfully interacting with customers.
• Valid driver's license meeting ACCO risk standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of service technicians in the geographic area.
• Act as technical backup for route mechanic and Service Sales personnel.
• Ensure on-time completion of repair, replacement, or installation jobs.
• Monitor jobsite safety and enforce proper procedures.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to meet response time promises.
• Assist with job scheduling for service calls, maintenance, and repairs.
