The Service Foreman will manage a team of technicians, ensuring they are trained and that service delivery meets high standards. Responsibilities include coaching staff, consulting with customers, and handling organizational policies. The position requires strong HVAC experience and effective communication skills, with an anticipated annual salary range of $130,000 to $160,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the commercial HVAC field.
• Journeyman member in good standing with an affiliated union.
• Must comply with all federal, state, and city licensing and certification requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and train service technicians.
• Provide guidance regarding maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Consult with customers regarding resolution of issues.
