Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Service Foreman to lead a team of HVAC-R technicians and act as technical backup for route mechanics and service sales on local accounts.

Responsibilities include scheduling, QA/QC, safety, customer interaction, and coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines; occasional travel may be required. Ideal candidate has 7+ years HVAC-R service/repair, 2+ years Journeyman, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or HVAC/apprenticeship program completion.
• 7+ years of HVAC-R mechanical service/repair experience.
• 2+ years Journeyman HVAC-R experience.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of service technicians in the assigned geographic area.
• Provide technical backup for route mechanics and Service Sales personnel.
• Ensure on-time completion of repair, replacement, or installation work.
• Maintain safety and QA/QC standards on all jobs.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with other departments.
