Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Representative to coordinate store locations, drive sales execution, and manage customer relations. The role requires ownership of store targets and collaboration with the Commercial team to meet regional goals.

Qualifications include 5 years’ experience, HVAC market knowledge, a relevant degree, and bilingual English/Spanish. Travel up to 20% is expected; on-site duties are in Puerto Rico West (Mayaguez) area.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ relevant experience in sales operations or related field.
• HVAC / Air Conditioning market knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or related field or technical degree in Refrigeration.
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operation of Air and Water Store Locations (Pro Solutions Centers).
• Administer sales to customers, installers, and accounts in line with company policies.
• Own store sales targets and support direct sales to increase volume.
• Handle orders, issue sales reports, and manage daily workflow including inventory and safety audits.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to set targets and strategies.
