Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is hiring a Senior Pricing Support Specialist to drive pricing strategy, forecast accuracy and inventory planning for PR and the Caribbean. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Customer Service to deliver profitable growth and strong operational performance.

The role requires strong analytics, Excel and Power BI skills, plus English/Spanish bilingual communication to influence cross-functional teams and ensure dealer compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tool proficiency (Power BI preferred).
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bilingual – Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage pricing updates, promotional programs, cost changes, margin analysis and inventory initiatives.
• Maintain dealer sales agreements and compliance documentation to ensure requirements are met.
• Administer SPIFF programs for Puerto Rico customers, including calculations and payments.
• Oversee Order Management, Inventory Planning & Forecasting to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Develop demand forecasts and inventory strategies with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Audit Consigned inventory at dealer floors and execute replenishment as needed.
• Provide reporting, analysis, and insights on pricing, sales, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements for efficiency.
