Walmart Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician in Facility Services (HVAC/Refrigeration) in Maryland. The role oversees installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including supermarket refrigeration, with a focus on safety, EPA refrigerant handling, and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include leading field teams, coordinating schedules, submitting logs and reports, and training technicians. On-call rotations may be required to support critical facility operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversees installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, control panels, and building pneumatics.
• Leads diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across commercial and industrial systems.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtimes.
• Manages rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, and supermarket refrigeration units, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Enters detailed notes in work orders, including before and after photos and maintains logs consistent with safety standards.
• Supervises field practices to ensure OSHA and EPA refrigerant handling protocols are followed.
• Leads HVAC/R field teams, coordinates work, mentors technicians, and handles escalated service issues.
