Qualifications
- 8+ years in HVAC/R maintenance with commercial/industrial refrigeration emphasis.
- Strong background with Building Automation Systems installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Mentoring junior staff and promoting continuous learning.
- Excellent problem-solving and safety/environmental knowledge.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC/R systems.
- Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions for HVAC/R equipment.
- Install and configure Building Automation Systems to boost energy efficiency.
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance for all HVAC/R activities.
- Collaborate with engineering to design and modify systems as needed.
- Mentor junior staff and document maintenance activities for records.
- Stay current with HVAC/R tech trends and apply improvements.
