Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5–7 years related experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare or commercial HVAC/R service.
• Current HVAC and EPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day HVAC maintenance activities.
• Train and supervise junior technicians and apprentices.
• Oversee maintenance routines and CMMS records.
• Troubleshoot failures in RTUs, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on controls and related equipment.
• Test and calibrate HVAC controls and ensure proper function.
• Adhere to EPA 608, codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain service logs and participate in on-call rotations.
• Interview candidates and onboard new hires.
