Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Columbus, Ohio seeks a site-based HVAC Lead Technician for a commercial location. This full-time, first-shift role offers hourly pay between $34 and $38 plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to lead a team onsite.

You will supervise junior technicians, manage CMMS records, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with EPA 608, ASHRAE, and local codes while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Current HVAC and EPA license.
• Ability to use CMMS to complete work orders and attend required safety classes.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day HVAC maintenance activities onsite.
• Train and supervise junior technicians and apprentices; assign work orders and dispatch emergency calls.
• Oversee maintenance routines and equipment logs using CMMS; troubleshoot RTUs, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Test and calibrate building environmental controls; ensure EPA 608 compliance and manufacturer guidelines.
