Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician - Site-Based at a commercial location in Columbus, OH. The role offers full benefits and a competitive hourly pay rate of $30.00 - $32.00/hour, with weekly pay and steady, on-site schedule.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of HVAC systems, using CMMS for work orders, and participating in safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
• Current HVAC license and EPA license.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Diagnose causes of problems in the commercial HVAC system for repair/replacement.
• Test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests outside normal hours.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair/replace equipment.
• Utilize the CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Essential Functions for the HVAC Technician - Commercial Site-Based position include:

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Ability to diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in the commercial heating/air conditioning system for system repair and/or replacement needs.
• Tests and calibrates electronic HVAC and building environmental controls, ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including those outside regular business hours.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and replacements on equipment.
• Utilize the CMMS work order system.
• Additional Duties as assigned.

Requirements For The HVAC Technician - Commercial Site-Based Position

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools.
• Must have current HVAC and EPA License.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen before employment.
