Omnia360 Facility Solutions seeks a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician - Site-Based in Columbus, OH. The role entails hands-on maintenance of rooftop units, boilers, cooling towers, and related systems at a single site, with a strong focus on preventive care and rapid response to issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting and repair experience.
• HVAC license and EPA license required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver''s license and basic CMMS skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system failures in commercial units (RTUs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers).
• Perform preventive maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Diagnose causes of problems and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after hours.
• Log service reports, track parts, and complete CMMS work orders on mobile device.
• Additional duties as assigned.
