Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Technician II for first shift. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair commercial heating and cooling equipment. A company vehicle is provided.

Requirements include high school diploma or GED plus 5+ years of Commercial HVAC/R experience, current HVAC and EPA license, and the ability to pass background checks. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5+ years of Commercial HVAC/R experience.
• Must have current HVAC and EPA License.
• Must be able to pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Diagnose causes of problems and perform repairs/replacements in commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Test and calibrate electronic HVAC/building environmental controls.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including off-hour emergencies.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment; utilize CMMS work orders.
