Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions seeks an HVAC/R Maintenance Technician III to support on-site service at a commercial location in Columbus, OH. The role requires diagnosing and repairing rooftop units, boilers, and cooling systems while coordinating maintenance tasks and mentoring junior technicians.

The position offers weekly pay of $34.00–$38.00 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. A strong customer service mindset and EPA license are required.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to guide and supervise junior technicians and apprentices.
• Background in healthcare or commercial HVAC/R service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day HVAC maintenance activities.
• Train and supervise junior technicians and apprentices.
• Oversee CMMS-driven maintenance logs and digital controls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial units.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC controls and equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance reports.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service.
