CoolSys is hiring a Service Tech 4 – HVAC in Charlotte, NC to perform maintenance, repair, and installation across HVAC systems. The role requires troubleshooting complex HVAC issues, guiding junior technicians, and ensuring efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in construction HVAC, Refrigeration, or related industry.
• Chiller experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical control systems.

Responsabilités

• Repair and overhaul equipment including compressors, water pumps, air handlers.
• Repair refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions.
• Process job tickets and work orders.
• Train junior technicians as needed.
• Maintain truck inventory and drive company vehicle.
• Uphold CoolSys CARES culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
