CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems is seeking a Service Tech 4 – HVAC to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems. This role requires troubleshooting complex issues and guiding junior technicians to ensure systems run efficiently for diverse clients.

Based in Fayetteville, NC, the position demands 3–5 years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience, chiller experience, and a valid EPA certificate, with a high emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Tech Skills level 4 with 80% or better.
• Valid EPA certificate.
• 3–5 years HVAC/Refrigeration experience, chiller experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul equipment such as compressors, pumps, air handlers, and controls in a safe, timely manner.
• Diagnose equipment malfunction and perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Train junior technicians and process job tickets to the appropriate department promptly.
• Maintain truck inventory and drive company vehicle safely.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
