Job summary

Admiral Heating and Ventilating, Inc in the Chicago area seeks an experienced Commercial Project Manager with 7+ years of PM and HVAC industry experience. You will lead budgets, contracts, procurement, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the A&E team, owners, and field staff, maintaining schedules, and ensuring profitability. A strong emphasis on safety, quality, and stakeholder communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, finance or business from an accredited college or university.
• Associates in business or accounting preferred.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 7+ years’ experience in related industry or Project Management field is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and piping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets based on takeoff estimates.
• Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish including budget, change orders, materials, billing and collection.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, change orders, billing, schedules and claims procedures.
• Monitor cost, efficiency and production to meet labor budgets and profitability.
• Coordinate with field teams, executives and subcontractors to track progress and maintain budget control.
