Job summary

gpac is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager / Estimator for commercial HVAC projects. You will lead HVAC mechanical projects from kickoff to close, coordinating with in-house sheet metal fabrication, service, and installation teams to ensure timely and on-budget outcomes.

You will prepare accurate estimates, manage change orders, and oversee design-build delivery, using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore to streamline communications and documentation.

Qualifications

Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial mechanical construction.
Experience handling change orders and engaging in design-build projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage HVAC mechanical projects from start to finish including scheduling, coordination, and execution.
Prepare accurate estimates and manage change orders to keep projects on budget.
Oversee design-build processes as part of integrated project delivery.
Collaborate closely with an in-house full HVAC shop, which includes sheet metal fabrication, service departments, and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion.
Use tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore to streamline communications and project documentation.
