gpac is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects. The role spans preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on leadership, financial oversight, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.

Candidates should demonstrate success managing HVAC and plumbing projects, strong communication, and the ability to drive safety and quality standards while maintaining client and contractor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
