gpac seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects across Iowa, coordinating HVAC, plumbing, controls, and prefabrication efforts from preconstruction through closeout.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, financial oversight, and effective collaboration with engineering and fabrication teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
