Job summary

gpac is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager / Estimator for commercial HVAC projects. You will lead HVAC mechanical projects from kickoff to close, coordinating with in-house sheet metal fabrication, service, and installation teams to ensure timely and on-budget outcomes.

You will prepare accurate estimates, manage change orders, and oversee design-build delivery, using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore to streamline communications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial mechanical construction.
• Experience handling change orders and engaging in design-build projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
