Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, controls/building automation, and prefabrication. You will drive preconstruction through closeout with focus on schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, client coordination, and the ability to manage subcontractors and vendors while maintaining relationships and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
