Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 7 years of commercial and industrial HVAC experience.
• Experience supervising technicians, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and equipment submittals.
• Willingness to travel across the service area and support early/late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on HVAC installation, retrofit, and service projects.
• Plan daily work, assign manpower, and manage resources to maintain schedule.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals to confirm installation requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site access.
• Troubleshoot field issues and manage safety, quality, and cost implications.
• Support estimating through field assessments and scope validation.
• Monitor productivity, budget, and changes; escalate risks early.
• Serve as primary field contact for customers and vendors.
• Enforce safety policies and verify PPE and safe practices.
• Maintain quality control and assist with punch lists and closeout.
