Johnson Controls is seeking a Working Foreman with extensive HVAC/chiller, plumbing, and mechanical service experience to lead project teams of technicians on customer sites. You will quote jobs, schedule hours, ensure safety, and manage all aspects of quoted work.

A strong licensure portfolio and excellent communication are required. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, field coordination, and delivering reliable service within a union-enabled pay environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of practical working experience in industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting or related mechanical equipment service.
• Valid driver's license and licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers and steam.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team of technicians and coordinate field activities.
• Interact with customers, quote jobs, schedule technician hours and promote safety.
• Develop, close and manage all types of quoted work.
