Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in estimating, design and management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $25+ million.
• Operate independently and autonomously with discretion to consult with others in the organization.
• Experienced in successfully developing new business.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred, but not required.
• Current licensed PE preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead staff across departments for projects from start to finish.
• Execute all sales functions: create estimates and proposals, review contracts, conduct meetings and close deals.
• Supervise Therma business activity from inception of sales to project completion.
• Prepare budget projections and control costs; communicate contracts, change orders and strategies.
• Represent the company professionally to clients, vendors, and industry contacts.
• Attend PM, Sales and Construction meetings; coordinate pre-construction meetings with department heads.
• Directly supervise Project Engineers, Coordinators, and Supervisors.
• Manage project risks and identify potential issues.
• Ensure all project work complies with relevant standards.
