RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Senior HVAC Project Engineer for Commercial/Industrial systems in the Fox Valley/Northeast WI area. The role combines high-level HVAC design with direct client consultation and bid support, offering a path to leadership and management within a debt-free, industry-leading contractor.

The position requires a BSME or PE license, 3+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC design experience, and the ability to conduct on-site visits within approximately one hour

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent.
• PE license or State-Licensed HVAC Designer.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC load calculation software, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Scope & feasibility analysis for project inquiries and site requirements.
• Design high-performance HVAC systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Perform load calculations, air distribution sizing, boiler/chiller plant design, piping layouts.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bid support and estimating.
• Draft technical proposals and present concepts to owners and contractors.
• Coordinate construction drawings and plan reviews to ensure code compliance.
