Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Mechanical Engineer or HVAC Design Engineer to lead high‑visibility HVAC design projects for industrial clients. You will analyze inquiries, perform load calculations, design systems, and draft proposals while collaborating with sales and fabrication teams.

Requires BSME, PE, or licensed HVAC designer status with 3+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC design experience. Travel to sites near Fox Valley, WI is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or State‑Licensed HVAC Designer.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial/industrial HVAC design experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze scope and feasibility; propose HVAC solutions.
• Design high-performance HVAC systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Perform load calculations, air distribution sizing, and piping layouts.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bids.
• Draft technical proposals and present concepts to owners and GCs.
• Coordinate drawings and ensure compliance with codes.
