Qualified candidates hold a BSME/PE or HVAC license, 3+ years of experience, and can travel within about an hour of Fox Valley. Direct-hire, 1st shift, with strong advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or PE / Licensed HVAC Designer.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial/industrial HVAC design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC load calculation software, and Excel.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Fox Valley area within ~1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project scope and feasibility, propose efficient HVAC solutions.
• Design high-performance HVAC systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Perform load calculations, air-distribution sizing, piping layouts.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bids.
• Prepare technical proposals and present concepts to owners and contractors.
• Coordinate drawings and plan reviews to ensure code compliance.
