Zusammenfassung

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Senior HVAC Project Engineer to lead commercial/industrial system design, client consultations, and proposal development in Fox Valley, WI. This role blends technical engineering with direct client contact and bid support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HVAC design experience, a BSME/PE or licensed HVAC designer status, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software.

Qualifikationen

BSME, PE, or state-licensed HVAC designer credentials required.
At least 3 years of commercial/industrial HVAC design experience.
US work authorization and ability to visit sites within ~1 hour of Fox Valley, WI.

Aufgaben

Scope and feasibility analysis of inquiries and site requirements.
Design high-performance HVAC systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
Perform load calculations, air distribution sizing, piping layouts, and boiler/chiller plant design.
Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bids and estimates.
Draft technical proposals and present concepts to owners, GC’s, and managers.
Coordinate plan reviews and ensure compliance with regional mechanical and energy codes.
