Requires a BSME (PE or HVAC Designer), 3+ years of experience, and ability to conduct site visits within about an hour of Fox Valley. Flexible 1st shift and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or State‑Licensed HVAC Designer.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial/industrial HVAC design experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC load software, and Excel.
• Strong client-facing presentation skills; willingness to visit sites.

Responsibilities

• Scope & feasibility analysis for customer inquiries and sites.
• Design high‑performance HVAC systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Perform load calculations, air distribution, boiler/chiller plant design.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bids.
• Draft technical proposals and present concepts to owners/GCs.
• Coordinate drawings and ensure compliance with codes.
