Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or State‑Licensed HVAC Designer status.
• 3+ years of hands‑on commercial/industrial HVAC design experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project scope and site requirements to determine HVAC system needs.
• Design high‑performance HVAC systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Perform load calculations, piping layouts, and boiler/chiller plant design.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bids and proposals.
• Draft technical proposals and present concepts to owners and contractors.
• Coordinate plan reviews and ensure compliance with codes.
