Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track monthly forecasts and budgets for all jobs.
• Ensure contract and financial goals are met.
• Coordinate turnover meetings, scope, schedule, and invoices.
• Oversee project operations, staffing, and change orders.
• Maintain records, document control, and client communications.
• Enforce safety programs with the Safety Director.
• Liaise between owners, architects, engineers, GC, and subcontractors.
• Approve equipment and subcontractor orders.
• Ensure timely processing of project correspondence.
