Art Plumbing Company in Smyrna, GA seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning and coordination of construction schedules. This role assists the Project Manager with budgeting, documentation, and field issue resolution.

You will help with value delivery, attend meetings, monitor progress, and ensure documents and drawings are accurately distributed. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience in the plumbing/mechanical industry.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing BS in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of construction industry and documentation.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning and coordinating activities in the construction schedule.
• Support budgeting, documentation, and field problem resolution.
• Attend meetings and review schedules, progress, and submittals.
• Help with document control, including permits, RFIs, change orders, and closeout.
• Ensure drawings and documents are correctly distributed to the field.
